Arrive Zurich – Montreux (Approx 3hrs by train – 1 Stop)
Welcome to Switzerland this morning. Upon arrival collect you bag and catch the train from Zurich airport to Montreux via Lausanne. (Last train (1stop) depart on 2109hrs and Last train (2stop) depart by 2145hrs). Upon arrival at Montreux station make your way to the hotel. Check in at hotel and relax. Overnight in Montreux.
Day 2:
Montreux – Chocolate Train - Montreux

Day 3:
Montreux – Glacier 3000 – Montreux
Wake up to breakfast this morning and its time to take the train to the fabulous Glacier 3000. The glacier ski area between Gstaad and Les Diablerets. The destination in eternal snow offers terrific views from snow-covered mountains in the south to the smooth foothills of the northern Alps. Take a train from Interlaken to Gstaad. Take a Postal Bus from Gstaad to Col Du Pillon & from Col Du Pillon take an aerial cable car to Scex Rouge via Cabane.
View Point - The View Point at 3’000 metres offers an indescribable view onto the most beautiful alpine 24 peaks over 4’000 metres at a glance. Just a short walk from Restaurant Botta, a wonderful view beginning with the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to the Matterhorn reveals itself. It is hard to get enough of this 360-degree panorama.
Peak Walk By Tissot - There is only one suspension bridge in the world that connects two mountain peaks. And it invites you to an adventure that you will not easily forget. The Peak Walk by Tissot is the highlight of the glacier adventure: It connects the smaller peak (View Point) with the 5 meter higher main peak (Scex Rouge) and takes all guests to incredible heights. The 107 metre long and 80 centimetre wide bridge offers a stunning view onto the Alps: Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau are visible from the bridge and offer grandiose views, far off into the distance.
Ice Express Chairlift - Standing at Scex Rouge brings you as close to eternal ice as you will ever get: The glacier is just a chairlift ride away. And on the glacier there are many activities like the Glacier Walk, Snow Bus Tour, Fun Park and much more. In order to get there, you just need to take a seat on the Ice Express chairlift. Lean back, relax and enjoy the view – and get excited about your trip to the eternal ice.
Schlitteln Fun Park - Fun in the snow is not only possible on boards – but also on plastic plates! Sliding in the Fun Park at the lower end of the Ice Express chairlift is free of charge. It is for all those who do not ski or for families who want to enjoy the snow. Those equipped with plastic plates, and who are confident enough to go down the run, will enjoy a great white experience! It is the ideal winter sport for big and small and that one can enjoy together, in a group, with friends or with the whole family.
Dog Sled Riding (Chargeable) - On four paws through the snow: The Huskies are at home in the white splendor. The whole pack enjoys moving around in the snow – and this joy is contagious and felt by everyone watching them play in the snow. Even better is a romantic ride on a dogsled through the unique alpine area of Glacier 3000. The Huskies pull you through the beautiful glacier landscape and allow you to have a very special experience.
Alpine Coaster (Chargeable) - 520° circles, 10 somewhat steep curves, 6 waves and 3 jumps promise action-packed speeds of up to 40 km/hour on a one kilometre stretch: The Alpine Coaster will quickly raise your adrenaline level and get your heart beating hard! You will experience weightlessness up to 6 metres above the ground on this high-flying adventure. You determine the speed with the brake lever and how many times you want to go down the toboggan run.
Snow Bus (Chargeable) - Did you ever ride along in a snow cat? No? Then it is high time to do so! The Snow Bus from Glacier 3000 is the best opportunity to do this. It drives like a caterpillar over the crisp snow and has room for up to 20 people. And it is also the most pleasant way to discover the glacier area – from the comfort of your own seat. It is ride of a truly different nature – for young and old!
Later in the afternoon its time to make your way back to the train station via the cable car and back to Montreux. Overnight in Montreux

Montreux – Zermatt

Day 5:
Zermatt – Matternhorn - Zermatt
Wake up to breakfast this morning and brace yourself for a spectacular excursion to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise which is the highest sightseeing point in Europe, which is accessible by cableway! The world's highest glacier palace, approximately 15 metres under the surface of the glacier, and the various glacial splits and gaps, can all be explored in amazement. Discrete lighting and spherical sounds accompany this small wonder of the glacial world. Information about the creation of the palace, glaciology and wine, and the fascinating sculpture skillfully honed from the ice all add up to a very special experience. The yellow-green electric bus, leaving at the entrance of Zermatt, takes you to the bottom station of Matterhorn glacier paradise. The 8-seater Matterhorn-Express cable railway takes you up to the Furi station. From here the cableway takes you further up to Trockener Steg, where you'll find a restaurant. The highest cableway in Europe transports visitors up past giant crevasses to the Matterhorn glacier paradise and into a breathtaking mountain landscape of glaciers and permanent snow. Day 6:
Zermatt – Glacier Express – St Moritz
Its time to sample one of the most scenic train journeys in Switzerland today as you check out of your hotel and make your way to the train station and board the Glacier Express taking you to St Moritz. This is a 7 hr comfortable journey taking you through some of the most spectacular scenery, 291 bridges and 91 tunnels! Upon arrival, make your way to the hotel and check in. The rest of the evening is free for you. Overnight in St Moritz.
Day 7:
St Moritz
Wake up to a lazy breakfast this morning as the day is yours to spend as you like. St Moritz is a lovely city with its salubrious climes and breathtaking scenery. There are several walking trails and places where you can spend some quality time. St. Moritz and the Engadin valley has developed into a popular family destination in summer, offering unlimited action and fun for children and peace and relaxation for their parents. Families can partake in activities in countless playgrounds, at picnic areas, by bathing lakes, through ruggedly romantic landscapes, on the backs of horses or mules, on inline skates or high in the treetops culminating amidst the fantastic Alpine landscape. Few Optional Activities are listed below.
• Adventure trail in Maloja: The "Smuggler Interpretative Trail" takes approximately 1 ½ hours through an enchanting larch forest and ends at the Bitabergh Lake
• Minigolf: Dexterity, fun and sport: at these courses, it is easy to stay on the ball.
• Marguns Scooters: Explore the Engadin nature at a faster pace with scooters with mountain bike wheels.
• Corvatsch Glacier Walk: Guests can cover the route from the top station of the Corvatsch (3303m) to the Corvatsch glacier in 15–25 minutes.
• Pontresina Rope Park: Balance, roll, wiggle, clamber, crawl, swing, hop, climb or jump
• Lake Sils - Cruising at the highest level: At exactly 1,800 metres, Europe's highest scheduled boat service links Sils Maria, Chastè, Plaun da Lej, Isola and Maloja. The entire round trip on the largest lake in Graubünden takes 40 minutes.
• BBQ above the clouds: Equipped with picnic basket, wood, meat and anything else you could wish for at a barbecue, you will reach Europe’s highest barbecue site at 3066m on foot within 40 minutes.
Day 8:
St Moritz – Postal Bus – Lugano
Wake up this morning in your high altitude resort at St Moritz with its snowy peaks and travel through the Bregaglia Valley and the deep blue lakes to Lugano – Ticino’s metropolis and a unique travel experience awaits you abode the Palm Express on the trademark yellow postal bus. The bus departs at around 1220 hrs from St Moritz station and arrives into Lugano train station at 1610 hrs. (Since a part of the journey passes through Italy, it is important to be in procession of a valid Schengen visa) Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight in Lugano.
Day 9:
Lugano – Swiss Miniature – Lugano
A unique sight awaits you this morning as you visit the Swiss Miniatur in Melide. Take a train from Lugano to Melide & walk 200m from Melide station to Swissminiatur. If you want to have an overview of Switzerland and spend a nice time in a wonderful region, do not miss Swissminiatur, an exciting place and a must see attraction for everyone visiting Switzerland. In an area of 14,000 m2 visitors can admire more than 120 models at scale of 1:25 which represent the most important buildings, monuments and transportation means in Switzerland. The park is open from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs. Enjoy lunch at the park and the various sights. Following this make your way back to Lugano. We recommend you doing a tour of the city of Lugano on the edge of the beautiful tourist train Red Arrow allows all families to discover the full beauty of Lugano and its surroundings, you can admire from it's wagons, the funiculars Monte Bre and San Salvatore, the Casino, the Congress Palace, the Museum Villa Ciani and the Museum of Art, the lakefront, mountains and take some memorable pictures. This tour is offered every day with departures every 30 minutes, the trip lasts 40 minutes. The train departs from Piazza Manzoni – Lugano. Overnight in Lugano.
Day 10:
Lugano
We recommend you taking a train to Mendrisio train station, departing Lugano at 1323 hrs and arriving Mendrisio at 1343 hrs, from where you need to connect to Fox Town by bus departing at 1401 hrs and arriving at 1403 hrs ! Enjoy shopping here ( it’s the largest outlet shopping outlet in the whole of Switzerland and you are assured of getting some bargain buys here ) Later in the afternoon around 1555 hrs or 1655 hrs you can take the bus back to Mendrisio station and connect to your train to Lugano. The rest of the evening is free for you. Overnight in Lugano.
Day 11:
Lugano – Jet Boat – Interlaken
Check out from the hotel, make you way to train station and take a train from Lugano to Interlaken. Upon arrival Make your way to the hotel. After proceed for Lake brienz, Interlaken for Jet boat ride (10 AM | 12PM | 02PM | 04 PM), enjoy a jet boat ride. Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 12:
Interlaken – Grindelwald First – Interlaken
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the Grindelwald First tempts visitors with a magnificent view to the Eiger North Face. Adrenaline kicks and speed thrills are virtually guaranteed on the 800 metres long First Flyer and the trottibike scooters. Courageous ones glide freely through the air on the First Flyer – suspended on a rope and at a top speed of 84 km/h. Children will have fun on the 700m2 playground at the Bort intermediate station.
A leisurely hike to Lake Bachalp is a must in the First area. From the mountain station, visitors arrive at the world-famous, beautiful picture postcard view of lake and mountains within an hour. Return back to Interlaken from Grindelwald. Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 13:
Interlaken – Mt. Titlis (Engelberg) – Interlaken
Today you visit the glacier paradise Titlis which is the jewel in Central Switzerland's crown and the only publicly accessible glacier in the area. You will feel on top of the world as you take in the spectacular panoramic views of snow-covered mountains and unspoilt Alpine landscapes. Take a train from Lucerne to Engelberg. Hop on the eight-seater cable car Titlis Xpress from Engelberg to Stand middle station. Then take the Titlis Rotair - The world's first revolving gondola transports you from the middle station at Stand up to the mountain station at 3,020 metres above sea-level. The gondola revolves 360 degrees during the five-minute trip, treating you to idyllic panoramic views of steep rock faces, deep crevasses and distant snow-covered mountain peaks.
Explore the Glacier Cave which is a cool experience. The cave can be easily accessed via a corridor from the Titlis Rotair Cableways mountain station. The Glacier Cave is bathed in a dim turquoise-blue light. On the walls, millions of tiny ice crystals sparkle and glisten. The air is so cold that tiny white clouds appear when you breathe. A magical world of ice awaits you. This glacier cave forms the frosty heart of Titlis. The ice here was frozen long before prehistoric man discovered how to make fire using pyrite. The cave's 150-metre-long walkway branches out in several directions and descends 20 metres below the surface of the glacier. The hazy atmosphere is the result of tiny air pockets in the ice, and the blue colour is caused by the refraction of light. The temperature inside the cave remains a frosty -1.5C. High up on Titlis, everyday life becomes a distant memory. At over 2,000 metres above sea level, this spectacular glacier mountain in Central Switzerland is a base for all kinds of outdoor Summer activities. You could choose to do Hiking, Mountain Biking, Scooter Bike, Knorrli Adventure Trail, Alpine Flower Trail, Boat Hire, Devil Bikes & Via Ferrata.
Day 14:
Interlaken – Mt. Pilatus (Lucerne) - Interlaken
Today experience the assorted delights of Lucerne's landmark mountain Pilatus courtesy of the Golden Round Trip – a full day excursion involving a boat trip, the cogwheel railway, aerial cableway and panorama gondolas. Enjoy a cruise on Lake Lucerne upto to Alpnachstad, from Alpnachstad to Pilatus Kulm, take the world's steepest cogwheel railway winds up through lush meadows carpeted with Alpine flowers, past sparkling mountain streams and fascinating rock faces.
With its wide-ranging leisure and recreation amenities on Pilatus, it offers visitors from home and abroad "2132 possibilities above sea level". With Central Switzerland's largest suspension rope park and Switzerland's longest summer toboggan run, the Pilatus promises hours of enjoyment.
On the way back from Pilatus Kulm to Fräkmüntegg enjoy the 3.5-minute ride. The new aerial cableway «Dragon Ride» gives the impression of flying thanks to its spacious interior, cockpit-like design and large windows – a mountain experience that gets the adrenalin pumping. Then from Fräkmüntegg summit terminus climb aboard and enjoy magnificent views on the panorama gondola to Krienseregg.
You could spend some more time at the Krienseregg: a delightful recreational day out for all ages, it offers way-marked round walks, inviting picnic spots and the PILU®-Land adventure playground. The spacious terrace of the family-friendly restaurant is perfect for rest, relaxation and refreshment. PILU®-Land is where the friendly Pilatus-Bahnen dragon lives. It's divided into three thematic zones: Dragon Castle, Dragon Forest, and Dragon Land. Built using unsprayed timber from false acacia trees, the individual play elements have, to a large extent, been left as they were found. You can also experience the captivating moorland landscape and the plashing of mountain streams.
