When you make a booking or purchase through our Site, you agree to provide valid payment information. All payments are subject to verification and authorization by your payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel any booking or purchase if we are unable to process your payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific holiday package and supplier. Any cancellation done between 45-60 days prior to travel date will extract 50% retention charges, any cancellation within 45 days of the travel will extract 100% retention charges. Please review the terms and conditions of your booking for details. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. If you are eligible for a refund, once your request is received, our team will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
